Are the LEGO sets brand new and sealed?

All LEGO sets listed on this website are brand new and sealed unless clearly stated otherwise. Please check our Bricklink or come down for an open day to browse our range of used LEGO sets.

Do you sell genuine LEGO products?

Yes, all our LEGO sets are genuine - no knock-offs to be found here!

How does the Toneil Bricks box conditioning system work?

Box damage will be communicated on a scale from excellent to awful as follows:

Excellent

99% perfect, no/little damage

Good

Minor imperfections such as minor shelf wear or imperfect corners

Satisfactory

Considerable shelf ware (creases/scratches)

Bad

Heavily damaged (considerable holes/creases)

Awful

Open/severely crushed. The contents of the box are still new and sealed.

How quickly do you ship after ordering?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. All orders are sent with a tracked delivery method.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We offer free returns within 30 days of your order arriving. A full refund will be provided subject to the LEGO being returned to us in the condition it arrived in. Please contact us at contact@toneilbricks.co.uk to arrange a return.
