Before submitting your request, please read the following information carefully.
Eligible Sets
- This service is for new and sealed LEGO sets only.
- Sets must be in excellent condition with only minimal shelf wear to the box.
- We are unable to accept used sets, opened sets, damaged boxes, heavily worn packaging, or sets with missing seals through this quick submission service.
- All offers are subject to final inspection once the set(s) arrive with us.
- Please ensure all information provided about your LEGO set(s) is accurate.
Offer Validity
- Offers made through this service are valid for 7 days from the date of confirmation.
- After this period, we reserve the right to review or update the offer based on current market conditions, availability, and demand.
Sending Your LEGO Sets
- Please wait for a confirmation email from a member of our team before sending any LEGO set(s).
- Do not send your items until you have received confirmation that we are proceeding with the purchase.
- If posting your LEGO set(s), you are responsible for all postage costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and appropriate protective packaging.
- Toneil Bricks cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit or any damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Collection / Drop Off
- If you are local, you may arrange a drop-off with our team.
- Collection options may be available depending on location and the size of the request.
- Please wait for confirmation from our team before travelling to drop off any items.
Larger Collections
This quick selling service is designed for smaller, straightforward sales.
If you have:
- a large number of LEGO sets,
- a full collection,
- mixed new and used sets,
- or a collection requiring a more detailed valuation,
please use our standard Sell Your LEGO Sets submission page instead.
This allows us to properly review larger collections and provide a more accurate valuation.
Payment
- Payment will be made within 2 working days after your LEGO set(s) have arrived and passed inspection.
- Once your offer has been confirmed, we will collect your payment details through a follow-up email.
- Payment can be made by either bank transfer or PayPal.
- Please do not send payment details with your initial selling request.
- Payment will only be made once we have confirmed that the items match the description provided.
- If the condition of the set(s) differs significantly from the information submitted, we may need to revise or withdraw the offer.
What Happens Next?
- Submit your selling request using this form.
- A member of our team will review your request and confirm your offer by email.
- Once confirmed, we will provide instructions for sending or dropping off your LEGO set(s).
- We will collect your payment details via email.
- After your LEGO set(s) arrive and pass inspection, payment will be made within 2 working days.
