Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). On rare occasions, dispatch can take up to 4 working days.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery, or for larger parcels and equivalent tracked service, unless an upgraded shipping option is selected at checkout.

Please note that whilst we aim to dispatch upgraded shipping option orders faster where possible, it can still take up to 2 working days.

All orders will be well packaged, with the use of appropriately sized cardboard boxes, void fill/packing paper and bubblewrap to ensure your order arrives in the described condition.
