Good - Minor imperfections such as minor shelf wear or imperfect corners.
Satisfactory - Considerable shelf ware (creases/scratches).
Bad - Heavily damaged (considerable holes/creases).
Awful - Open/severely crushed. The contents of the box are still new and sealed.

What a fantastic company. Service provided was outstanding.
